Workout will be delivered in waterproof form showing pictures and written descriptions so that your instructors can follow along easily.

Personal Training
I can help you develop a program suited to your needs and abilities, in a supportive and positive manner, with sessions held in the comfort of your own home/fitness center/outdoors. You will find that you can benefit from exercise, no matter what your current physical condition is. It’s never too late to be fit.​

Individual Sessions (1 person)
Together, we will design a fitness program tailored to you. After discussing your needs and wants, we will design a program that focuses on things like muscular strength, endurance, postural control, balance and mobility. We will progress thru each stage of your journey with challenging progressions while incorporating fun activities that you enjoy

A classic session is 55 minutes in duration which includes warming up, ROM, programming to your needs and flexibility component.

Sessions are held in the privacy of your own home OR via Zoom. Workout with your own equipment or I can provide.
