Want to do pool exercises and don't know where to start?  Here's a great way to get your aqua workout with NO electronic equipment needed by the pool!!!  Good for personal use or for a new instructor looking for a preprogrammed class.

Aqua fitness coach, Stacy (from FIIT with Stacy YouTube Channel), has created this workout program to assist in meeting your aqua fitness needs.  This kit of water resistant cards shows a photo of each aqua exercise along with a description, in an easy to follow format. It is perfect for the poolside.  It even includes a cone that holds the laminated cards for better "upright" viewing. Great for someone just learning aqua moves, those who are experienced and need to remember exercises or those needing new moves, or even for instructors. 

Exercises can be completed following a Tabata format, using an interval timer, or by doing repetitions.  Completion of these cards in order, along with your own warm up and warm down will average about an hour in duration.  You also have the option of picking and choosing pages to increase/decrease the length of your workout.

Each kit includes:

 - 1 double sided card with instructions and suggestions on warm-ups.

 - 5 double-sided cards featuring 8 exercises per card for a total of 40 exercises:

       o 2 double-sided cards of “Basics”Tabata/Interval Exercises using

          no equipment.

      o 2 double-sided cards of “Noodle”Tabata/Interval Exercises using a

         pool noodle.

     o 1 double-sided card of Toning exercises using a pool noodle.

- 1 cone to hold your card for viewing while you are in the pool.
